Is it possible to overdose on Vitamin C tablets?


I just took 2 (Finest Natural brand chewable 500 mg vitamin C), and they taste like candy. Will it hurt if I ate more?? I don't think it would, but I don't want to do something stupid.

    If you take a lot of Vitamin C at once most people get diarrhea.
