Is it possible to be allergic to Multi-Vitamins?
So, back a few years ago, my parents started taking those Kirkland (from Costco) multi-vitamins. I decided one day that i would take them. I took them on a full stomach, because it says to take them with or right after a meal. Suddenly, 30 mins later, i was running to the bathroom to throw up.
I am now 27. I thought that maybe i did something wrong and want to make sure i was getting all my nutrients so i decided to buy some multi-vitamins and take them. I did just as the bottle said and ONCE again, (BLAH!) i threw up about four times.
Could i possibly be allergic or something in multi-vitamins?
Thanks in advance!

I’m sure it’s possible to be allergic. I’d try these ones http://pkenstad.gnld.net/store/product.aspx?STORE_ID=1&NAV_CATEGORY_ID=3230&CATEGORY_ID=1252&PRODUCT_ID=10044&DISP=1&STR=multi I think they are hypoallergenic and, don’t take my word on this, but I’m pretty sure they’ll reimburse you if you aren’t satisfied.
