Is it okay to take every vitamin at the same time?
I am wondering if it is okay to take 8000 IU's of vitamin A, Vitamin B, a chewable vitamin C pill, 1000 IU's of Vitamin D and plus a multi vitamin each day at the same time? I have acne and I want to know if doing this will help it at all. Please help.

vitamin A would help acne, but be very careful this can reach a toxicity level in your body. B will help to, depending on what B vitamin it is. C and D, can help, but there are no real studies about it. The only bad thing about taking them all at once is that your body mights not be able to get the most out of them bc it can only absorb so much at one time. Also vitamin A is a fat soluable vitamin, it should really only be taken every other day bc your body can store it, and it works best when taken with food. Also you can get stomach or digestive discomfort with taking that many at one time. good luck!

Yeah, it’s okay. Just don’t take too much of Iron or Calcium you take from that multi-vitamin, you can develop extreme constipation problems.
