Is it ok to mix vitamin E oil with my sunscreen?
I crashed on my bike almost two weeks ago and 18 stitches later, I don't want to have a nasty scar on my chin so I was hoping to get some input on good things to put on the scar so it heals quickly. I was told sunscreen is important, but so is vitamin e oil, hence mixing them together. Let me know if something worked well for you. Thanks.

Thank God I never experienced it, but about regenerating I could tell you that it must come from inside. So you could try this: in one liter of water, put 8 spoons of honey and 1 coffee spoon of pollen, shake the bottle once in a while for 2 days and start drinking on the 3rd day one cup of the product before each main meal.(that would be 3 main meals).

don’t mix them. consume a vitamin e pill and put sunscreen on. that is about all you can do.

I would rub the Vit E first and then the sunscreen. If you are young enough it should fade over time. Also, buy some Vitamin E pills and take them daily.
