Somebody has been doing their research. Yet I was never aware that vitamins had gone co-ed! The way I see it vitamins are just another money making scheme. just try a balanced diet and a bit of excercise and it should all take care of itself, good luck.

Yeah that’s fine, they’re only vitamins and minerals and you could get those from food anyway. Men and women’s requirements do vary slightly but taking this won’t do you any harm, but if you want to take a vitamin supplement you should take one for women because it will suit you better.
