I don’t know which Centrum formula you are taking. (See the link below for various forms & their ingredients.) The standard formula has only 30 IU of E, which is pretty low. For most people 430 IU wouldn’t be too much.
But most drs advise taking 200 IU of E (for the heart) and working up to 400 IU over a few months time. If you’ve been taking 400 for quite a while with no adverse effects, adding 30 more is not likely to harm you. Ask your health care provider what he thinks.
Oil-based vitamins are NOT easily eliminated from the body and can cause toxicity. One way to get around this would be to take the 400 IU pill only 3-4 days a week while taking the Centrum every day.

Your body should just dispose of the vitamin E that it is not using. In most cases, any oil vitamins that you take are just disposed of by the body.
