  1. it’s good, but at the same time it’s more than your body can use, so in a sense it’s a waste of money.

  2. Everything you are taking you can take together, just remember though, that is alot for your liver if you are taking all of these seperately. I take a vitamin called the master green multivitamin. it has all of this in it .You have to order it from Great American Products, It is the best vitamin I have ever taken. It has all of this stuff plus alot of fruits and vegatables.

  3. This may not apply to every one, but I thought I would share this with you.My Dad was a health nut, so he was into lots of vitamins, I don’t know which but I do know that they rotted out all his teeth as a result. scary huh! You can get all that in the food you eat. Research some more you’ll do fine.

  4. Most of the time, it is fine to take as many vitamins as you want with certain key exceptions.

It is perfectly ok to take as many WATER-SOLUBLE vitamins as you want because excess vitamins get naturally excreted out of the body via the urine as the body keeps only what it needs. So often times, it is better to err on the side of excess to make sure you are getting adequate amounts of vitamins. That being said, consuming more than the absorptive capacity of the body doesn’t do any good.

Now for the exceptions – FAT-Soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and minerals such as iron and zinc should not be taken more than their daily intake upper limit (UL). The upper limit of ZINC is 40MG, so you are fine taking 30MG. With respect to Iron, 65MG is too much. The UL for Iron is 45MG daily – and in fact, you don’t need more than 8-11MG daily, so 65 seems too hight. Other than that, everything should be fine. Good luck.

  5. Read this article on "What is your daily vitamin requirement?"
Fat soluble vitamins should not be consumed in excess as they are stored in the body and an excess can result in side effects. An excess of vitamin A may result in irritability, weight loss, dry itchy skin in children and nausea, headache, diarrhea in adults.

An excess of water soluble vitamins should not result in any side effects as they will disperse in the body fluids and voided in the urine.
