Is it bad to take a vitamin supplement 30 minutes after eating?

I normally take it immediately after a meal but I forgot. So i took the supplement about 30 minutes after it was a vitamin c supplement and it just worries me since vitamins cause nausea. Is it anything to worry about?

  1. No, and if you are eating a good diet you don’t need a supplement – unless your doctor has recommended one for a specific reason.

Most vitamins on the market claiming to be natural only have to be 10% natural to make this claim. Medical findings indicate that synthetic substances may cause reactions in chemically susceptible individuals.

  2. I did the same exact thing last night. I really believe it depends on your body. I personally never felt nauseated doing that. I don’t think you have to worry too much.
