Is it bad to not eat fruits?

I hate sweets. And fruits are just too sweet for my taste. I eat tons of vegetables all the time. I also drink only 100% fruit jucies, like v8 fusion and such with no added sugar. Some people have told me if I drink 100% fruit juices with no added sugar, then I am fine. Rarely I will eat apple slices, pinneaples, and those little fruti cups in stores. I get different vitamins in different ways. Is this ok?

  1. honestly i would try to include at LEAST a banana in your diet.
it has potassium. if you do any sports, you have the risk of getting CRAZZY cramps in your legs, and potassium helps preven this and keep your muscles healthier. drinking fruit juices is good though, but it HAS added sugar too.
maybe you would like some smoothies, homemade or some icecream, with crushed berries in it, homemade of course.
try different varieties. i personally ADOOORE peaches. if you like bitter fruits (or sour) try black berries. sometimes youll just have to adapt. try looking up all the different kinds of fruits. your bound to find something you like:)

  2. There are natural occuring elements in fruit that you can’t get from drinks no matter if they contain sugar or not
