Is it bad to mix these vitamins on a daily basis?
I want to start taking vitamins in the morning and i have since bought Vitamin C, Vitamin, B, Vitamin D, and green tea extract vitamins. Is it bad to mix them together?

Having vitamins and etc will never be harmful to anyone (barring some sort of allergy) what would be better though would be to eat a well balanced diet

Well I hate to kill it for you but vitamins don’t really do anything.
I took a nutrition class to fill a science requirement and my professor said we get enough vitamins in our meals. Vitamin pills only make people feel better but in terms of health, doesn’t really have much of an effect.

You do have to worry about over dosing with some vitamins. I disagree that you can all you need in food intake…sort of…if you eat healthy you will get all you need BUT…most of us do not. So supplementation is the best way to go…especially with water soluble vitamins. I suggest you have your doctor do a blood work up and take the results to a specialist in nutrition. There are some that do it on-line after you have gotten your results. I wish I could remember the site but look under but I am checking. I learned it from the second site I posted. I asked the question and you will be able to see it.
