Is it bad to eat/drink more than the daily recommended value of vitamins?

I dont eat alot of vitamins and minerals mainly I don't pay attention to it, but since I don't eat slot of vegetables I decided to try some v8 but I really liked the berry v8 better!

The berry v8 has 100% of vitamins A, B, and C and I drink two or three glasses of v8 a day. Is this bad for me? That means I am getting two to three times the daily recommended value.

Thanks!

  1. Well water soluable vitamins (b’s and c are in this category), will be excreted in your urine if you get too much-they are VERY hard to over dose.

Fat soluable vitamins will not be excreted and can be overdoed more easily (a is fat soluable…have no idea why they include 100% of it in that juice…most thing never come close to 100% of fat soluable vitamins!)

  2. it’s not extremely bad but you should try to avoid it because anythings bad in high quantities even water and you could get sick.
