is green tea my weight loss answer?


ive been trying to exercize and eat healthy to lose weight but i havent noticed any results at all. its frustrating. so my friend said that drinking lots of green tea will help flush my system and help burn calories. but i tried some and i find the taste absolutely gross. is there anything similar to green tea that i can try? any vitamins that will help? thanks

  1. When I first started drinking green tea a few years ago I lost 3 kilos in 2 weeks . I think it was because it works like an appetite suppressant , and is a mild laxative. Drinking too much of it though can be a bad thing . Have you tried flavored green tea, they have some nice ones like jasmine , peach, vanilla, citris, apple etc..

    The other thing that works for me is raw apple cider vinegar , but if you don’t like the taste of green tea, you most likely will hate the taste of the apple cider vinegar lol
