I'm only 17 years old and already noticing balding/thinning of my hair?

I've noticed my hairline is starting to recede, as well as a bald spot starting to form. what can I do to stop/reverse the hair loss process? are there any vitamins or pills i can buy to promote hair growth? please help

thanks.

  1. You could try minoxodil to regain your hair
    Or start with Rogain.
    Or just see your Dr
But there are no pills or vitamins you can take to stop this
    It is genetic:sorry
    Colors

  2. Yeah I know a couple of guys who had that same problem. Best bet is to find either a good hat or just shave the lot off ;)

  3. Yeah, this happened to me at about the same age. it’s just genetics. It sucks to lose your hair, but life goes on. Just find a hair style that works for you. You don’t have to hide it. It’s just different than most people. BTW, wear a hat when you’re in the sun so you don’t burn your scalp.

  4. I suggest seeing a doctor. It might be Premature Balding. Or you might have a lot of stress. I lose my hair, but luckily it’s not noticeable. Sometimes, it’s nothing and you just make a big deal out of nothing.

  5. There are certain vitamins that help promote the growth of hair in the body. Changing to a healthier diet is vital not only for hair growth but also for the general well being of your body.

Some of the most important include:

    - Essential Fatty Acids

    - The B Vitamins

    - Antioxidants

    - Sulfur

    - Zinc

But vitamins and diet are only one part of it, you should also consider adding excercise and hair loss products into your hair growth solution.

There’s more detail regarding the vitamins and the hair growth stategy in the source link below:
