im confused about skincare?


there are so many creams and lotions around i dont know what to use. I have been using Olay anti wrinkle fluid but recently bought some Body Shop Vitamin E moisturising lotion. Both have SPF 15.Im 25 and already worried about wrinkles and I want to prevent them! What is the best stuff for me to use?also, how often should I use a deep cleansing face mask?

Avon have some great products and so does L’Oreal, vitamin e lotions will help with scar tissue but I use ageless results from avon, pretty good so far, have used other products before and am about to try a new one, but the avon ones have in built sunscreen and I only use a deep cleansing mask the melon one from avon once every so often, but I’m sure you are suppose to use it more often like once a week or something, also they have a hand cleanser that gets rid of the dead skin and really rejuvenates the look of you hands, hope this helps, goodluck! :)

  2. I like organic skincare, like Jurlique. They have restoring creams for wrinkle prevention.

    Also, Philosophy makes great peels and masks.

    Masks should be used about every 5 days or once a week. But every five days works for me, especially if you are exposed to dry, cold climates.

  3. i agree this can be confusing sine many people will tell you diffrent things. basically just use what works best for you. keep your skin moisturized, but you dont want to cause acne. a light amount of nomal lotions can work fine on the face, but to much normal lotion can cause ance since its thick. normal lotion will work great on the neck, dont forget to put normal lotion all over your body 2 times a day after showers. and espeacially your hands, feet, and neck are the places that seem to get wrinkly. you can apply thickly hear. you dont need spf to prevent wrinkles. just a moisturizer will do it, i kno thats what they say, but i kno alot of old people that are 60-80 years old that look 20 or 30. and they just moisturize. they say they use baby oil or just lotions. deep cleansing face masks arnt nessicary, but use them as directed. make sure your shower your body 2-3 times a day, and your hair once a day. theres many anti ageing things you can get, and get them, there fine to get, i use and anti wrinkle one on my eyes face and neck. i have alot of it and it was free, but other wise i’d just use the anti wrinkle on my eyes, and lotion with normal lotion to my face and neck. Exersize. eat at least 2500 cals a day. eat healthy wide varieties- fruits(3-10 serv.) and veggies(3-10serv) and only drink water 36-100 cups, meat/protein(0-10serv) dairy/calcium(0-10serv) grains/rice/carbs(3-10), and multi vitamin. exersize hard, sweaty, out of breath, painful, burning, get tired, if u sleep 14 hours, then exersize 3- 4 hours, if u sleep 8 hours, then exersize for 9-10 hours, shower 2-14 times, clean mouth 3-14 times

  4. A good skin care routine can help prevent wrinkles.

    Every day, twice a day (morning and night), you should cleanse, tone and moisturise.

    Good products to use are the Napoleon Perdis 3 Step range.

    You should use a deep cleansing face mask one a week – using one too often can cause imperfections and oiliness of the skin.
