I'm allergic to both vitamin water and welches fruit snacks?
Whenever I eat vitamin water or welches fruit snacks, I break out in hives/ a rash/ whatever. I was wondering what exactly it is that I'm allergic to?

Here is where you need to start. Look at the ingredients in both items. List the ones that both have in them. You are probably allergic to one or more of these.

It could be a lot of things, like high-fructose corn syrup. You have to be much more specific. Go see a doctor.
