i'm addicted to odwalla choco-walla bars, am i suffering from some deficiency?


this is the list of ingredients the bar contains, is there something in the ingredients that gets you addicted to them or helps for a deficiency in some vitamin?

  1. The only thing that you would be addicted to would be the chocolate due to its caffeine content, which is very liitle in this case. It takes more caffeine than this bar to cause such an addiction. You are probably "addicted" to the taste of this delicious bar, as it is like eating dessert. To answer your other question. a defiency would not cause you to eat certain foods. If you are worried about your vitaimin intake, take 1 multivitamin daily.
