If your body is used to taking vitamin supplements will not taking them result in a small defiency?
I have been taking vitamin B complex and mens multi sport vitamin regularly. This past week I ran out and noticed that I have been extremely tired and not motivated. Now this could all be bad timing but could my body be used to taking the vitamins so not taking them caused a decrease in my physical performance? Also my diet is very healthy, protein, carbs, fruits, veges ect ect..What do you think?

I think it’s coincidental.
Unless your doctor has advised the supplement you probably don’t need it, especially if you eat a good mixed diet.
Running out might be the consequence of being a bit tired – you forgot to buy more.
The B vitamins are water soluble so you just pee out the excess anyway.
