If you took a centrum pill + kirkland calcium pill with vitamin D3 to help is that bad?


Centrum offers 20% of daily calcium need, so if you took a Kirkland calcium pill which has 60% of your calcium need which has vitamin D3 to help absorption, will that cause any bad effects?

    Whenever you are concerned with mixing any medication , prescription or over the counter always and I mean always call a pharmacist . They are your best source of information on these matters . Always play it safe .
