If you take daily Vitamins, do you have to eat Vegetables?


I eat some Vegetables but not enough, I like carrots, and drink a glass of orange juice every day, just wanted to know if there is any difference in taking vitamins then eating a lot of Vegetables.

  1. The body needs food and a variety of food. It has a preference for food because it can process that food more efficiently. You need to take vitamins with food to be effective and even then your body will not take up all the vitamins that you have taken.

  3. you dont have to eat alot of vegetables.

    i take vitamin supplements and also goji berry extract supplements, that is alot of vitamins so i dont rlly need fruit. but i do when i can, and for vegetables just buy carrots as they are cheap, and nibble on then :)

    also pure orange juice is good so yr good. :)
