If you have a vitamin deficiency, how long will it take for the dietary supplement to make a difference?
I have multiple vitamin defienciey and have been taking a dietary supplement that gives me 100% of all but one of the vitamins, (only gives the other one 50%). How long will it take before the supplement begins to make a difference.

Vitamins A, D, E, and K are "fat soluble" which means they hang around in your body and are dissolved in the fatty parts of your make up. The other vitamins are "water soluble", so they leave your body when you urinate.

almost immediately!
dude, vitamins aren’t like fertilizers. we don’t know what 100% of them are, just the major ones. Eat your fresh veggies and call it good.

It’ll be within that very same day that you started taking the vitamins, because your body will know that it now has the vitamins that it needs – but it might take you a few days to really notice an effect.

Give it a few months with a good diet, and make sure you’re taking vitamins made by a reputable company, not cheap generic brands. You can also get most of the vitamins and minerals you need naturally from fruits and vegetables.
