I workout everyday, what are good vitamins that I can take to stop feeling so tired?
I lost 20 lbs and now weight 220lbs; I’m 5 feet 10 inches. I am trying to lose another 30 lbs. I work out Mon-Thurs with cardio and weights, then Friday soccer. I'll even do some activities here and there on the weekends. I have been working out for about 2 months now. I am dieting pretty well, by cutting all the bad stuff, and not eating so late at night. Question is what vitamins can I take to gain more strength, and stop feeling sluggish during the day. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I myself like Centrum Performance. It has a sufficient amount of B12 in it to get me thru the day. You can get Multi vitimans at a cheap price at the Vitamin shop or Walmart in your area.

You have to research vitamins on the web to find a brand that is well absorbed by the body in order for it to do you any good. Obviously the brand you currently use is not being absorbed well by your body since it isn’t helping. One brand that I know works well is called Mela Vita. Also be sure you are getting enough sleep and not overdoing your workouts.

B-complex vitamins will help with fatigue.

you could take multivitamins and vitamin c to at least improve your immune system. with regards to you feeling sluggish everyday, uhm i guess you could lose on some of your activities. try to calm down cuz stressing ur body won’t do you any good. really won’t. take a rest man. :)

Hi! All the B vitamins are great for energy. I take a B-complex and also a B-12. Look for the B-12 that says "sublingual" on the bottle. What that means is you place it under your tongue for 30 – 60 seconds and let it dissolve then swallow what’s left of it with a glass of water ( or juice). Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

As everyone else on here has mentioned get something that is rich in B-vitamins, I would also recommend getting a two-a-day type vitamin. I switched to two-a-days and have more sustained energy throughout the day.
