i want to lose weight with vegetable and fruit juices that i need to mix toget good skin and loose pounds?
what type of fruits and vegetables that i need to find in a local food store
i need the tastey one that have more vitamins
lol im only 16 and im over weight and i got bad skin
so i need an adult who knows what to mix the right ingridiant
not just mix this and that and i end up unhealthy
and is there any excersizes that i need to do that does make m knees and joints hurt

You can’t really go wrong with any fruit juice. But there aren’t really any foods you can eat that make you lose weight. Bad skin will be helped by switching to a healthier diet but in order to lose weight you can’t drink fruit juices and expect to. I fully support you’re idea of drinking them, you won’t gain weight since fruits are mostly roughage in your stool. If your knees and joints hurt you NEED TO GET CALCIUM ASAP. Milk is a good option but you should take calcium pills if it doesn’t get better. And exercises involving the knees would be squats (and all similar squatting exercises). Running and walking will also help, anything moving those joints.
