  1. vitamin and herbal supplements really dont’ make you grow taller. I don’t know anything that can really do that.
However, as a young teenage girl, you should take calcium and D every day, to prevent osteoporosis later in your adult life. They’re now saying that Americans get too little D, so go ahead and go to walmart (where things are cheap) and get the 1,000 iu. size of vitamin D and take couple a day. some suggest even taking 5000 daily. I do, but you might not need it much.
If you get outside into the sun for at least an hour, your body will make much more D than you would be getting in your vitamins. but it still doesn’t hurt to take little extra. 1,000 iu twice daily will help.

But no, there’s really no kind of vitamin to help you grow. That’s determined by your genes.

  2. it wont hurt you but you still might get a little taller since youre 17, im only 4ft5 myself

  3. Yes that is OK but it won’t necessarily help any further height growth.

From 15-21 any further height growth is likely to be insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers who often grow late.
