I think i have a candida uti infection can i use vitamin c as a suppository?
i went to the vitamin shoppe today i am willing to try anything to rid myself of this infection. i brought garlic pills, cranberry pills and renew life ultimate flora vaginal support, and i am taking folic acid. i read somewhere the you can use vitamin c a a suppository for fungal yeast infections and it will be good. Has anybody tried any of these things before i am ida scared to do the vtamin c thing cause its goig in my vagina can someone advise me o what to do please

  1. I’ve never heard that before, I personally wouldn’t recommend it. I think you’re already on the right track with the stuff you bought already though. Yeast tends to overgrow when there’s a good bacteria imbalance. Organic extra virgin coconut oil internally and externally is also very helpful, cause it’s a powerful anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial.

  2. you can try monistat and wear loose clothes and stay dry and clean and away from caffeine
    like i always say you only have 1 vagina take care of it

    even tho most freshman dont take this into consideration
    i hope i helped a lil

  3. see your gyn for STD testing. use a condom.
