  1. A multivitamin is good for you in almost all aspects. I would make sure though with a doctor that it’s okay for you.

    A multivitamin will help you get all the vitamins you need in a day. But like I said, be sure to ask your doctor if it’s good for you to take it, or if it’ll do bad for you.
