I need a REALLY good vitamin for my skin. I'm not sure whats the best to take. Anyone that can recommend some

My skin (mostly on my face) has been kinda dull and the tone a little uneven. I have also had a few breakouts, which is a new thing. I've used topical treatements, but I'm lookinfg for a really good oral vitamin that helps my skin look healthier, and just generally better. Does anyone have anything they could recommend? Any input would be greatly appreciated:)

  9. Several vitamins and minerals and many foods can be good for healthy skin. Vitamin E, vitamin C, and zinc play an important role in skin care. Vitamin D is also important. The source below talks about the role of foods in healthy skin care and specially addresses zinc, vitamin E and vitamin D.

  10. Speaking from personal experience, what you need is a good multi vitamin (I recommend Nature’s Plus’ Regeneration), plenty of fish oil (there are enteric coated if you are sensitive to fish oil burps), zinc, vitamin C and grapeseed.

Exfoliate your skin regularly using either a buff puff or mild scrub and take these supplements and you’ll see marked improvement within the week!
