I need a little advice in the beauty maintenance department. ?
All right, I'm no real girl about most things... I have no idea exactly what to buy and what really works. I understand that most of our bodies react to different things differently -- so what may work for someone won't work for another.
First off, I would like to know about make up.
I'm using the Veronicas as an example for a photo:

I only use eyeliner, mascara, and I would LOVE to use eyeshadow -- I don't know how to use it. I have the greenish eyes like one of the Veronicas here, and I was wondering how the heck do you end up with staying black eyeshadow? Does it look cheap? Does it look gothic?
And also - what about rouge? Is that usually over the top?
On the subject of make up - does anyone know any effective, GOOD brands that supply good foundations and cover up that won't devour my wallet?
And last but not least, I would like to know if anyone knows how to make hair grow faster. Someone once told me vitamin B, but I don't know if that's an actual serious claim. I have dyed auburn hair, and I need a shampoo that helps make it soft and not frizzy and dried. I use Dumb Blonde for Dyed hair and it's HORRIBLE. My hair feels like it's a friggin' desert, and it's knotted almost constantly since I've had that shampoo. I love Loreal Condition Feria (or whatever it's called) -- so if anyone knows of a conditioner that is like that, or if Loreal actually sells that conditioner, that would be great!!
Other beauty tips like tightening skin, repairing skin, how to get rid of stretch marks, how to get rid of saggy bags under your eyes, or other flaws that happen on your face that you could depart some advice to a very wayward girl... would be very appreciated.

If you have an Ulta near you that’s an amazing store that has every makeup and hair product from cheap to expensive and the people to teach you what to do with everything.

Hey so I am totally obsessed with beauty products but am super picky because I have really really sensitive skin.
For foundation use mineral foundations, at the moment I use the L’oreal one and it has really good coverage and doesn’t give you pimples AND hides the bags under my eyes (which is a near impossible task hehe). For eye shadow all you need to get is a basic one with beiges and a darker brown colour, you just start with the lightest colour and go up to you brow bone (which you can feel), with the second lightest colour just highlight the middle part of your eyelid and then with the darkest colour smudge it on the corners of your eyelid (it makes your eye look bigger and more open).
Use a dark brown or greyish eyeliner first because on black is too harsh on lots of people and you don’t want to spend your money on something that doesn’t look nice.
Black mascara is a must though because it really opens your eyes and makes you look awake and fresh.
hope that helps a little bit my dear
