I know stretchmarks never really go away, but is there anything that might make them very unnoticeable?

There are a million scams out there that say they can rid you of stretchmarks, but does anything REALLY work?? If anyone has first hand experience with lighting, making pregnancy stretchmarks go away, please help. I have very bad ones from my daughter, she is 5 now :( and I feel I will NEVER show my belly again, some are as big as 1-2 inches wide, and are all over my belly. I should have listened when people said dont scratch! Please help. Anything that has worked for any of you I would be willing to try. I have tried straight vitamin-E and nothing. Coco butter, and nothing....I even bought that name brand scar reducing cream, nothing :(

  1. Ughh I know what you meaaan and mine were not due to something as cute as pregnancy, it’s cause I was fat and lost weight too fast! What kind of stretchmarks do you have? If they’re whitish/silverish like mine, those are the toughest ones to get rid of, but if they’re still reddish pinkish, you still got a good chance! Well, I’ve tried…

Strivectin-SD = helped somewhat, but it’s a pain to be putting on three times a day plus it’s a little $$$ not sure if it’s worth the money/trouble, I stopped using it

Bio-Oil = also helped somewhat, a lot cheaper, but still no really great noticeable results

I’ve also heard of Trilastin, but I haven’t tried it.. Cocoa Butter is best for people with pinkish reddish stretchmarks, the stretchmarks that are in their beginning phases, so I obviously didn’t try it. I’ve also tried Mederma when I was younger, not sure if that was geared for stretch marks, but it didn’t help.. If you have the $$, definitely go to a dermatologist and see about any "Blue Light" or dermabrasion kinda stuff, I’ve heard about that…

good luuuuck stretch marks SUCK let me know if you find somethnig that works!

oh and I’ve also found that tightening up my body has helped, you know like toning it up…

  2. palmers works well, so does shea and cocoa butter.
