I have started using a sunbed to help with my Vitamin D deficiency?
I was paranoid about skin cancer so used to avoid the sun or limit my sun exposure. I ended up getting Vitamin D deficiency, which I can say makes you feel very ill.
Now I use a sunbed twice a week for 6mins at a time and I feel so much healthier. Have any of you had this experience?

You can get vitamin D very safely with Chewable Gummy Vitamins. They have 1000 mcg of Vitamin D in it, and have brought my Vitamin D up from 14 to 25 in 3 months. Don’t risk your life with a tanning bed! Take vitamins instead!

Sunlight gives a feeling of well-being but should only be for brief periods. Taking a Vitamin D supplement can help reverse any Vitamin D deficiency. Repeat blood work is needed after a period of time to see if the problem is resolving. If it does not, additional medications may be needed to treat this.
