Yea, vitamins may be the answer to help you get more energy. Remember that anything taken in pill form will only have an absorption rate of 15-20%. Vitamins in liquid form will be absorbed at a rate of 85-90%. There is a product that will give you nearly everything you need. You can get more info at this link. NO, I don’t sell it. This is not my link but a site that I have come across where you can get this product. Good luck.

B vitamins are great for low energy, also if you’re female it could be low iron – best check that out – take a multi-vitamin just in case – that will cover all the bases!

Try taking extra Iron – and drink plenty of water. It maybe that you lack a certain amount of minerals so eating more fruit and veg and pulses should help and cut out sugary/ salty things that deplete minerals in your diet.

Also develop a good sleep pattern – get plenty of rest to restore your body and give it chance to recover from the day.
Also I would strongly advise that you see your GP and get checked out.

Yes vitamins can help, provided you know which ones to take. Also get some advice about genuine companies selling these products as there are many fly by night operators in this lucrative pharmacy business.
