  1. They are all vitamins and minerals essential for homeostasis (the normal function of the body). They are found in most foods and over tyhe counter supplements and probably won’t help you gain weight, but will lighten your wallet when purchased in large quantities.
    Check with a nutritionist or trainer regarding weight gain in a healthy manner.
    kinda of an odd question, though… most peolple want to lose weight.

    do you know impulses conducted in nerves are similar as electric impulse and the require minerals for conduction
    vitamins mostly helps in detoxification of the body
    and also vitamin c helps in cell division too..
