I have a few questions about Weight loss?
Hi, I really want to lose some weight. As much & as fast as I can because I have something coming up.I don't know if this matters, but my arms & legs are really skinny but I have a huge stomach, & thick thighs, So here are a few question I have.
1) What kind of exercises would I do to burn fat from my thighs & stomach?
2) If i did some intense training, how much weight could I lose in a week (7 days) I'm only trying to lose like 10 pounds!
3) What kind of Multi-Vitamins should I take?
4) What are some food/vegetables that are high in fibers & healthy stuff?
5) Are plain yogurts with fruit at the bottom, ok?
6) If it's fat free, does that mean it's ok to eat?
7) Is walking just as good as running?
8) What kind of drinks should I drink (Green Tea, Iced Tea, etc...
9) How much time should I exercise a day?
10) About how many calories do you burn while walking/jogging?
11) What's the most weight you've ever lost in week?
Thanks for all your help.
12) Is it better to eat or exercise first?
13) What kind of cereals can I eat for breakfast that would help me loose weight?
EDIT: Please don't tell me all this junk about not losing weight, I just really want to lose like 10-15 pounds before Sunday. After that i'll lose weight properly!
14) where online can I find good exercise videos?
Please don't spam me with your crap. I know you guys get a lot of points by going to every question & answering the same thing in the Diet & Fitness section LISA. Even if it isn't relevant to the question!

1. Cardio on the stair stepper and elliptical.
2. 5-8 lbs a week if you are not starving yourself, so 35-40 lbs.
3. You should not need any if you are eating healthy. However, a good omega 3 & 6 supplement never hurts. Take 3 pills of that everyday. 1 in the morning, afternoon, and at dinner time.
4. Prunes, prune juice, Apples, grapefruit, Pears, Avocados.
5. Yes, if they are low calorie and non-fat.
6. No, fat free does not mean healthy. What good is fat free if what you are eating has lots of calories?
7. Yes, running is just more intense is all. Try power walking, that’s the best of both worlds.
8. Water. Water is the best. Apple juice, Prune juice, and orange juice are ok. Get 100% juice or make it from the fruit yourself.
9. Once a day. 1 hour a day if you are trying to loose weight.
10. Depends on how many miles you go.
11. 8 lbs.
12. Its okay to eat before you exercise if you eat like 1 hour or so before you eat. Its good to eat 30 minutes after you exercise to replenish whatever you lost after exercising.
13. Kashi makes real good cereals. Those are good. Use 1% or skim milk. Skim (non-fat) is best.
