I did a really stupid thing- should I be concerned?

I ovulated yesterday or the day before, so I don't think this is pregnancy related??
I took some vitamins last night on an empty stomach- pretty sizable ones. I'm going to list them, in case anyone has some insight. B Complex 100, Calcium/ Magnesium/ Zinc, Iron, Folic acid and Cod liver oil. They were all within the daily recommended doses.
This morning, I woke up feeling incredibly nauseas and threw up. I got the idea that is was the vitamins because I could really taste the iron pill. Now, I am still nauseas, have chills (temp 100 deg) and have been experience diarrhea (sorry about that).
I'm really scared that I have done something to myself to jeopardise this month's TTC efforts.
Should I call my doctor and ask about it, or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?
hi, sorry, TTC ="trying to conceive."
Temperature is up to 101 now. I think I will call. I also have ovarian pain. What the heck is going on?

  1. OD of vitamins does not cause a fever. You probably picked up a virus and have a little gastroenteritis. I don’t know what TTC is–I’m a physician, but perhaps that abbreviation is not in my field.

  2. I think you are sick like that, because you all those vitamins on an empty stomach.

  3. Yes you should go or tell your doctor now

  4. You’ll be fine. Drink some water and next time…don’t take so many supplements at the same time.

  5. Read the warnings on the bottles of all the medicines first but if you think that something is really wrong then call your doc.Well….Call him/her anyways just to be safe.

  6. yes call on call nurse and tell her the same it’s important.

  7. I think you should go and see a doctor asap. Judging by your temp, i dont think you are well. You need to see your doctor or at least seek medical advice. xx

  8. thats what doctors are there for, you should call and ask if this isnt a reason to panic.

what if it is, and ur just sitting there doing nothing?
