ummm time is the only thing that is going to give you your hair back.

unfortunately there is no miracle growth serum, only time will get your hair back to where it was, so eat a healthy diet, cut the ends of your hair regularly and take silica tablets
silica will strengthen you nails and your hail follicle which will help stop the hair breaking
good luck

Time and patience, if your hair is healthy it will grow at it’s normal rate, if it is unhealthy it will grow slow.

Well, hair naturally grows slower in fall and winter, so I guess you’ll have to wait. But if you want your hair to grow thick and beautiful, do the following. Rub burdock root oil into your scalp, then put a plastic bag on your head and keep it that way for about two hours. Then wash your hair. Do it once a week. Beautiful hair guaranteed! Good luck!

I did the very same thing a few months back, I cut 5 1/2 inches off my hair and was devastated!!!
I saw a commercial for Pantene Beautiful Lengths shampoos and conditioners…I HATE Pantene, always have but I decided to try it anyway.
In two months my hair grew almost 3 inches, it was way less tangled compared to usual and other people have commented on how healthy my hair looks. People always say it looks so soft and shiny….I dye my hair way too much and probably use my flat iron every other day so I definitely abuse my hair. I swear by this stuff which is surprising since I tried Pantene like 5 years ago and never used anything again until now.
I also took just regular old generic prenatal vitamins a few years ago when I cut my hair before, I thought it helped but not nearly as much as the Beautiful Lengths did this time.

Good Luck. I feel your pain!
