I am looking for a vitamin that will promote the health of my liver. Any ideas?
I already take a multivitamin and fish oil (for my heart). Is there a website out there that gives more detail regarding vitamins?

You should contact a Naturopath: http://www.naturopathic.org/, they can help with a complete diet and supplement plan. That way you don’t wind up with an imbalance or under dosage. Good Luck!

go to your local Pharmacy were i live at Walgreans has liver detox……… but of course that means………….cant be drinking while your taking this stuff
