  1. “I am a kinesiologist so I know what I am talking about.”

    Surrrre you are.

  2. And what do you do? I’ll bet money if we posted pictures today you’d be out of shape and you’d see someone who practices what they preach in my picture.

You didn’t even have anything constructive to say? HA loser.

  3. Yes, it flushes out toxins and does many other beneficial things.

  4. im a skateboarder will that help burn fat effectively? i would of thought so

  5. i plan to start going out for LONG walks (mostly cuz i cant run cuz im like 250 lbs) so i know thats a good idea but is it a good idea to then get home and do- well try to do a whole lot of sit ups?

  6. thanks for all the vids, you’re great. do you do High Intensity Interval Training, and could you make a new video on that?

  7. Skateboarding helps burn just about any kind of fat! My boyfriend has been skating for about 3 1/2 years now and went from 180 lbs to 145 =] And he looks great. It gives you tons of muscle in your legs and even your arms because you’re flailing them around when you do flatland tricks. I would think skating bowls and stuff wouldn’t be as good because you’re mostly just rolling around, but idk!

  8. try walking in the morning hours. cardio is BEST at mornings. eat something small before you walk, also. and hydrate yourself. so, eat a yogurt and some granola? then go for a walk with a bottle of water. also, try and drink water before you hit the sack. its a secret body builder trick. it keeps the belly full through the night :D
    good luck!

  9. will do, thanks!

  10. You should start by taking walks. Don’t dawdle along, walk at a fast pace. Go with a friend too, for motivation. When you can, starts going for light jogs. Jog about 50 metres then walk, then jog, and so on. Running is more effective to get ft off your stomach then situps. But when you can, keep on running and start doing situps. Look up different types of situps on youtube and make your own routine and spice it up with different types of workouts.

  11. thanks for the advice.

  12. Welcome!
By the way, Allie is very right. You should exercise in the mornings. It’s better for you
I think its something to do with your body having to work harder – its more effective then.

  13. when you go for walks, walk for 20 minutes or more b/c then your body will start breaking down fat… it’s important to walk briskly b/c you need to keep your heart rate up (google the appropriate heart rate for your size/height) since when you are at a certain heart rate, you burn fat… it’s a good idea to weight train all over, including the situps since gaining muscle will help you burn more calories throughout the day and allow you to become more toned and burn fat.

  14. thanks!

  15. so with all this ur body will be like miley cyrus or vanessa hudgens

  24. My exercise is work actually. I walk to Rite Aid/CVS stores and Ralphs grocery/markets. I carry my groceries and sometimes heavy enough to carry comfortably for a mile walk back to the house. I do this every other day. I drink 10 glasses of water or more every day. I make friends along the way and more in my neighborhood are doing it too. I notice people that walk often are not fat!
