  20. You can make a roller simply by using a 5 or 10 lbs plate and a dumbbell rod. No need to buy some expensive contraption. If you are a beginner or have back problems, I suggest starting first on your knees. Be sure to have a pad for you knees like a rug or something. Good Luck and be Healthy!

    His whole darn body DROPPED AND TOUCHED the floor.

    He just SLUMPED! I thought he was hurt. And then he gets on his knees and stands up. That’s not rolling back!
