  2. @gottfried09 yo how long did it take to heal? ive been wrestling and i pulled my back muscle and its been fucking killing me… but wrestling seasons down in 2 weeks u think ill b good before season?..
    p.s u take any pain killers? icy hot? iced it.. excercise any tips ect. ?

  3. @Saprissa4eva took me like a week and a half for the pain to substantially go away, but it was still there a tiny bit. In 2 weeks it was totally gone. use a heating pad for 20 min then ice pack for 20 min, and keep doing that for a couple hours and that will help A LOT. I also used bio-freeze but that didn’t really do much. Stretch as much as you can. Best advice i can give you is to go out and buy icy hot XL patches. they stick right on your back and work for 8 hours. THEY HELP UNBELIEVABLY!

  6. i did a c jump and i pulled my back and my right underside of my thigh feels bruised when i kick or do splits and it hurts. idk what to do

  7. @Problemskater damn i just pulled my back yesterday lipsliding my hubba and i guess leaned back when i landed. It hurts extremely bad haha just gotta rest it

  13. fuck i was playing bball today, and i felt a lil pull in my back, kept playing then it started to hurt like a bitch!!!!!!!!!!

  14. i fuckin pulled it squating at football today, if it dosen’t heal before the 2 a days start after next week i’m fucked.

  15. I pulled a lower left back muscle in football training last Thursday. Couldn’t walk properly the day after but now it doesn’t hurt but I can still tell that its there, and if I bend awkwardly it hurts a bit. If I play football on Thursday will it pull again or should I be okay?

  18. i went to the doctor just for a simple check up and he is also a physical theripist so the last thing he made me do was lay down and strech my legs a bit and after i got up i felt a bit different then when i got home i felt a pain in my lower back and its hurting more than ever if i bend down or strech i have no idea if i pulled a muscle in my lower back or if its a knot but i am aware that i havent worked out in months and im around 130 lbs wat do you think i should do?
