How to test the amount of Vitamin D in food?

How would one go about doing this? Say if I wanted to know the amount of vitamin D in a glass of milk, how would I test this?

  1. I don’t know. But did you know that your body finds it harder to absorb Vitamin D from food, than it does to absorb the free stuff that you can get enough of outside? You can actually get enough Vitamin D (apparently), if you go outside for 15 mins, unprotected, in the sun only three days a week.
Vitamin D also helps your body absorb calcium.

  2. dont know but u can get more in sunlight
