  1. I have 15 days. sciatic pain from my butt to the back of my right leg.I sleep only 5 hrs. becouse of he pain, I started to do streching and it started to imrove, but every morning I just can walk becouse of the pain. help me please! Juan

  3. You should recommend kneeling on a pillow.You can do it in the office, it keeps the spine straight and its much better than sitting for sciatica.Its also very comfortable!Hope this helps
