  12. About the drinks not sweetened with aspartame! If you go to ASDA they sell bottle of concentrated squash (their own brand) in all kinds of whacky flavours like Strawberry, peach and apple. No aspartame!

  19. shawndx.. it is an individual thing.. When you are on lowcarb most people have a diminished appetite.. Eat when you are hungry for the most part but try to eat at least 3 meals a day. Some eat several smaller meals during the day.. Just make sure you are eating and drinking your water. Join a support website.. it will help you a ton.. I have lost a lot of weight with the help of a site I help run.. Take care!! cheri

    Another idea for low carb snacking: Take a stick of string cheese, tear it in half the long way, and around each half, wrap a thin slice of ham (the kind that’s pre-sliced, in the cold cuts section of the store). Those ham-and-cheese rolls with a can of diet soda or seltzer water make a very satisfying mid-afternoon snack. You won’t be hungry until dinnertime.
