HOW TO MAKE HAIR GROW UBER FAST AND LONG?!?

so right now my hair is about an inch to an inch and a half past my shoulders. i would really love to have long hair by the time the next school year starts (sept). what can i do to make my hair speed up its growing rate?

1. What pills/vitamins can i take to make my hair grow really fast?
2. How often should i shampoo/condition my hair?
3. What is the best shampoo/conditioner that promotes strong, long, healthy hair?

I'm going to try to grow my hair at least a good 5 inches. So that gives me about 4 months. Would my doctor be able to give me some magical supplement that can help with growing my hair fast and long (will it be better than the in-store brands and supplements?)

please and thanks!!!

ps. ive decided to not straighten my hair during the whole summer and trim my split ends off. also, i was thinking of getting a keratin treatment done every month maybe because my hair is very curly and it will make my hair seem longer if i get it relaxed healthily.

  1. 1) make sure it’s healthy. use lots of conditioner, get it trimmed when need be, etc.
    2) massage your scalp. it increases the blood flow and makes your hair grow faster.
    3) get lots of sleep. your hair grows fastest when you’re resting.
    4) eat as much fruit/veg as you can.
    5) drink 8 glasses of water a day.
    6) exercise at least 3 times a week for half an hour. again, it increases the blood flow.
    7) there are some vitamins you can get from places like Holland & Barrett and Boots.

apply coconut oil for 3 hours twice a week , you will see a great results

  2. theres no magical way to grow it
but the best thing u can do is to take biotin and eat a healthy diet
they make hair pills most have biotin and other vitamins skin and hair could use so try those
also stay away from damaging elements like the pool and harsh winds
and you can trim the ends every now and then very slightly to get rid of breakage

  3. There is NO way!
Trust me i’ve tried everything and asked about 7 professionals !
