  1. @liferegenerator Thanks for the reply mate. But i still can’t see how you can eat enough of them, unless you snack all day on raw nuts or beans etc. So what about a nice lightly steamed peice of Tuna or Salmon? Or a nice lean peice of Chicken breast? I’ve heard that people on low acid diets can still eat these in moderation because they don’t form acid. Is this true?

  2. Dan I know you use flip cam and you love it, I love your videos, would be cool if the sound would be a little boosted, as sometimes when youre further from camera it gets very low volume, I think I saw you using mac, so in imovie theres option to boost volume by 200 % when you edit, maybe that helps.

  3. @phatpleasure I’m curious why you’d think Raw food is extreme ;)

  4. great video:) i made a smoothie with bananas, then i picked some dandelion n clovers from my yard:)

  5. i hereby title this video: the hippy that wont stfu

  6. Raw cashews taste amazing in smoothies! Herbs, how do they work?!?!

  7. @phatpleasure Because these naturally, growing, fluorishing whole foods are there before humans, offered to humans for optimal health & are there when humans are gone…. The only time their amazing nutrition is altered is through human tampering. Otherwise they’re perfect—& always there, grown perfect & complete in Nature. So “eternal”.

  8. If you really want to save the planet COMPOST YOUR FOOD! Especiallly if you’re a raw fooder… Throwing your food in the trash if not natural!

  9. Hey i dunno if this is a good smoothie or not.

i couldnt wait to get some fresh vegetables so i made one out of some banannas and lettuce i found in the fridge. it wasnt iceberg lettuce, dont know what kind. and i used 100% pure water. is this good?

also, what do you think about eating the vegetables fresh over store bought vegetables?

  10. How long would a smoothie like that fill you up for?

  11. OK, serious question here, you say raw food is part of the cycle…so do you take a shit in the garden to fertilise the growth of plants and vegetables?

  12. @maramyfriend I compost all my feces and apply it on the garden vegetables after 6-12 months! Grows the best vegetables…

  13. @Joshuanorris1980 you’re obviously programmed by U.S. agricultural corporate interests to believe that eating dead animals is good for you! Trained to believe that processed dairy products are a health requirement. Get out there and READ! Don’t believe all the lies that are handed to you. Read for yourself! Dan is right – you’re body is in a perpetual state of acidic exhaustion by eating acid-forming foods, so it sacrifices its own calcium stores to maintain PH levels in the body.

  14. I’m into raw food and I love green smoothies – but you don’t need to come across as a “hey dude, I’m so hip baby” kind of guy. I bet this guy scoffs down steak when no-ones looking.

  15. @jazzjulie why do you need to be insulting? He comes across sincere, down to earth, and very inspiring! If you really listen to him he is on a spiritual journey and scoffing down a steak…. yeah really looks that way. Maybe you would prefer someone full of shit without passion to watch, this guy is to real for you!!! He is a new age messiah with his eyes wide open!

  16. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the flesh of dead animals! I love the taste of cooked food if its seasoned right versus many things raw. BUT, regardless of how much you love meat or cooked food, you can’t deny the great feeling you have when consitently eating fruits and veggies raw! (and seeds/nuts) Go Paleo!
Anywho, thanks my friend, I will definantely try your awesome smoothie recipe!

  17. Dude, do you ever think…Gee, maybe I should put on a shirt? :-)

  18. im getting goose tingles!!lol

  19. Looks like you lost to much weight , lol…. But loved the smoothie

  20. by any chance do you eat fish?

  21. wait… why would i cook a banana?! i mean even if i were a anti-raw foodist.

  22. This dude thinks he’s so hot, so obviously in love with himself….put a shirt on asshole, you’re gross !

  23. i agree w/ the statement about raw food being eternal food- and even though i’m a carnivore, it’s also true that when humans are gone, cooked food will be gone- i feel better when my diet is predominantly raw veggies and fruit…..

  24. all the people who are making negative comments here about him not wearing a shirt- they’re just freakin’ jealous of his physique, and intimidated by his confidence and passion, LOL

  25. @dgough88 he said in the begining how hot it was that day.
