How to lower blood pressure in minutes?
I do research studies for a living and lately I have been having problems with my blood pressure. It's not high, high, but just outside of the range. 140/90 is the upper limits and I have been 143/80, but have also been high just on diastolic. I attribute this to the stress in my life and the fact I really need the money that the study pays! When I get the blood pressure test, I just get tense and nervous.
What can I do to relax and not think about the test?!!

now, you have a very good reason to lead a healthy life. make it your goal for the next 1 or 2 years. get off your chair and start doing some exercises. eat healthily, cut down on fattening food, eat less salt.
there are many ways to relax yourself, but you are just running away from reality. don’t have to force yourself not to think about it. face it and commit a change in your life. you’ll feel better if you have a solution in mind.

as i inderstood, it’s a kind of anxiety. try not to think about your difficulties during the test. don’t measure your blood pressure often. don’t obsess with only this results. you can apply to a cardiology policlinic and they do the best for you. be calm . this is not a serious situation.
