  1. Great advice momo, just wish you posted it a few weeks ago ha-ha. I’ve been hitting the gym like crazy. I’ve been going about 3 hours a day after school. Starting this summer I plan on starting to run a mile every morning.. Know how ya feel about going overboard with your psycal workout. I’ve lost 8lbs in the past 3 weeks, I’ve gained atleast 5lbs back in muscle..

  8. I actually used to do this all day, but I didn’t have ANY cardio so my stomach muscles were nice but I was still fat. :(

  13. just eat healthy cut out the fats, sugars, and artificial stuff, eat all the food groups in good portions, you still need bread, dont eat white bread it doesnt have all the good stuff you need, eat whole wheat, so you get fibre, which helps digestion obviously, so really just eat healthy, if you want to eat like pizza or burgers hot dogs and stuff, think before, and choose something else. im slowly cuttin them out of my diet, dont cut out grains completely, you need carbohydrates(the good kind)

    I am fat and scince its vacation i can do sit-ups and stuff like that but if theres school all i can do to not be fat is to walk all the way home and stand as long as i can

I wanna ask some questions momo, or anyone else who has the answer… Does the yeast really grow your stomach out like crazy? i mean a little pita bread or brown bread that still has yeast in it won’t hurt? unless the breads not baked and its dough then the yeast will grow right? And does the squeezing in your belly work? Im trying it out and Im drinking just Water/Juice/vitamin water. no soda. and watching what Im eating. and doing situps.

And I dont get much exercise outside besides mowing the lawn, and situp and walking home from school, I do leg lifts Situps and a little bit of pushups. and if i do situps (i have a little belly i wanna lose) will it give me big abs that i dont want? Take me serious on this. will my little man boobs go away with it? thanks for the help or answers if i get any momo or anyone else :) good video btw i will subscribe

  22. hey real quick question When i do that 6 weeks long like dayly1 -2 hrs how much will my belly change.

  23. One thing to keep in mind, is that spot training like sit-ups (or better yet crunches) are good for building muscle, but not as good for losing overall fat. CARDIO! Even walking everyday is great.
