  21. Remember this, we are not trying to lose exactly weight!
    Weight may be fat, muscle or even water.

    We want to lose fat, and not muscle and water.
    As muscle and water is a part of the weight.

    You can not sweat of fat, sweating is loss of water and also weight. Dehydration is never good.

    Also, time is never staying at the same place. Just like energy.
