  5. The most important thing to jumping higher is technique, you can have the biggest calves in the world but doesn’t mean anything if you don’t know how to jump higher

  7. @ItsStyla Gsp is perfect image and functionality. They did some sport science testing with his hitting power and takedown power, he out preforms guys 2-3 weight class above him. When other pro mma fighters start to fatigue and produce excess acid in their muscles, GSP is just barely reaching his top end heart rate. Usain Bolt is to specific in his training (sprinting favors explosiveness in particular). Not to mention GSP’s body is crazy buff.

  15. Man, watching these videos makes me want to work out to get into good shape. I mean, I can touch the rim easily, YES I am black, but that doesn’t have much to do with it (ok it does a little). I naturally have a good jumping habit so i can easily get a good distance and height. I think ill try these work outs though, see if I can increase my verticle even more. Like touching the top of the backboard. Thats a nice goal…

    How isn’t it possible? There is no certain height a person can jump to, sure it levels off at a certain point but regardless of that the actual distance isn’t a set amount. I can touch the top of the key already, if I actually started working on this I probably could do it in a year or less.
