  5. @imyourmother93 martial arts helps alot, i started to see a light outline of my abs and then after weeks of training i gained these lumps on my ribs :S and then i started doing core body movements like the one he is doin

  14. If anyone wants abs, you need to reduce your body-fat to less than 10% to be able to see them, if your doing these workouts and don’t have a proper diet, forget ever seeing your results.

  16. cardio (running is my personal preference as far as quicker results). squats, deadlifts compound shit like that smashes ur abs and works so many other muscles in the process….. eat right, i think.
