when i first started the raw food diet i lost 10 pounds then i gained it back by eating some more daily and also i think my body ajusted or somthing

I was waitin sooo long for this vid.lol.Thank u so much,I took ur advice about the smoothys and blended shakes.I really just want to gain weight.I think tryin to be healthy as well is too much to keep up with.Plus i dont want to live long anyways.But i quess its sounds like milk shakes in mcdonalds and a jar of peanut butter.Anything to make this 19 year old weight more than 120

You hit the nail on the head, bulls eye, with talking about raw foods and freedom from them to remove the shackles. I have been looking for the right words for years to describe it, artiuclate it at it’s best, and couldn’t find them. I have now found them, thank you. This video totally hits home – from digestive problems to green smoothies to help with weight gain (which I do). I love that you include your own personal experiences. Thank you for sharing. Food allergies – major epidemic.

Oh i wish I would of met you for coaching when I started over five years ago. Your suggestions are exactly what I do and what works well for me. Thank YOU for this wisdom. I only eat SIMPLE non complicated raw… and blend and pureee everything due to bad GI damage. Ive been off nuts/seeds for awhile now but just added hemp back. Mastication = come on nation! chew chew chew. I chew smoothies and juices. Anyhow, my vitamix and processor are my best friends! They really help. Great video.

Great!, You take a very important point. If you can make a video about how we can combine raw food with muscle and fat gainings could be very helpful! Its sad to see that raw vegan foodism is disacredited because its associated with skinny-wimpy people. For example, if bad absorption continues, accelerate aging and then make the impression that this diet is just awful.
