Hi Laurel. How much do you weight if you don’t mind me asking. I am 5’2 and I weigh 118lbs. Its the chunkiest I’ve ever been and I am happy with my body BUT I have a belly on a skinny body!!!!!!!!! Also I am not loving my arms. Any tips? :( Please? :(

@foxxycleo99 I honestly don’t know how much I weigh. I choose not to weigh myself because I know that I can become obsessed with the scale. Instead I have a “tester skirt” which is a skirt that I try on once a week to test my size- butt, thighs, stomach. Weight is tricky because muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are gaining muscle, you may be looking thinnner, but still weigh more! 118 at 5’2′ sounds pretty perfect, butt for the belly- cardio and fat burning food. Arms- try Arms Quickie ;)

@ExerciseTV you mentioned that “muscle weighs more than fat” and everyone keeps saying that these days ……..1 lbs of butter weighs same as 1 lbs of chicken, the only different is the size it takes up. They weigh the same. Just saying…..

@123martyna Absolutely correct, but you could lose bulky fat and gain slim muscle in its place, and weigh more than you did before. It’s about density and size. Think of a piece of lead vs a cotton ball. A pound of each is the same weight, but the size is different.

@the1chemy Thanks ;) I do Quickie Workouts in Bed. I also walk almost everyday for about 7 miles, and do Your Shape for Wii and ExerciseTV… I regularly change up my routine, because your body changes with change. -xx Laurel
